Here's a great new tool for all Greenbot users out there. Introducing Greenbot Notes - a tool that will enable users to communicate to one another and leave notes for any Greenbot Job.
The notes module can be found in the Job details screen:
- To write a note simply click on the text area which will open the wysiwyg editor.
- Once you have written your note, hit the save button to commit to the notes viewer.
Users are also able to use the @mention (eg. @john_doe) feature to tag an associated user to the job. This in turn sends out an email notification and the job link so that they may reply in job.
